Due to the strong growth in the brewing sector is that the SAG, together with CORFO and participation of the Seremi de Salud organized a seminar in which our founder Victoria Lobos exhibited.
“This activity will have the presence of Joaquín Almarza, Chief Subdepartment Viñas y Vinos del SAG, who will carry out a training of the SAG Competition Regulation and Supervision, ley N° 18.455/1985that establishes norms on production, elaboration and commercialization of ethyl alcohols, alcoholic beverages, vinegars and its regulation; Nathalie Llancapichun, SEREMI health official Aysén, will inform us about the regulations and control of competition of the Ministry of Health, also this seminar will have the presence of the outstanding researcher, Victoria Lobos who will expose the issue on the identification of national yeasts, situation that delivers comparative advantages for producers.”
