Victoria Lobos, founder of our project: Patagonian Yeast, He obtained this recognition after having had a brilliant participation in the Leaders in Innovation Program (LiF) in Londres, This is an initiative that has the support of the Fund Newton-Picarte.
“I developed a project to obtain the first yeast of all Latin America and the Caribbean for the production of fermented beverages, motivated by the fact that until now the entire region depends on the import of yeast from the EU, the United States, Canada and Australia for produce fermented beverages. This new type of yeast has never been isolated in Latin America and is the first to be used in the food industry, it is already validated and ready to be marketed, I just need to patent it.”
