Patagonia’n Yeast was mentioned by Incubatec.cl,the Business Incubator of the University of La Frontera, standing out as a company that revolutionizes the market.
“The first Chilean yeast for brewing use marks a milestone in our country. Currently, the Chilean beer industry only occupies two types of yeasts, (lager y ale) which are imported from the US, Canada, EU and Australia, which over the years has been increasing markedly. In this way, Patagonian Yeast comes to set the standard in the market through innovation, with its products with Chilean stamp and from La Araucanía.
“Today we are working thanks to the Regional Program of Support for Entrepreneurship CORFO. Thanks to this program we have been able to characterize new microorganisms, which will allow us to bring new products to the industry. Also, we have been able to generate new commercial networks, with which I hope to announce good news soon”
