“The researcher was titled in 2014 and four years before she started studying yeasts. On the beginnings of this study, on which he based his undergraduate defense, Lobos points out that “the investigation arose because I liked the idea of giving Chile the first Chilean yeast for brewing use. I could not believe that being a wine country and inbred brewers, we had to import 100% of these raw materials, having such an interesting country to study the microorganisms and their fermentation”
